Archive Systems, a provider of document process outsourcing (DPO) services, has released ASPEN for Accounts Payable, a newly packaged service for accounts payable invoice processing. ASPEN for Accounts Payable converts the paper-intensive processes associated with invoice review and approval into a Zero-Touch, paperless electronic process.
"With ASPEN for Accounts Payable, we're taking on the most labor-intensive elements of invoice processing," said Rick Kushel, President and CEO of Fairfield, N.J.-based Archive Systems, in an announcement. "We receive paper-based invoices directly from our clients' vendors, eliminating the need for people in the review and approval process to ever touch an invoice again."
