Zero Zone, Inc., North Prairie, Wisconsin, manufacturer of refrigerated display cases, has been acquired in a management-led buyout backed by a Milwaukee investment group. The sale makes Zero Zone a privately held company with plants in North Prairie and Genesee, Wisconsin, and Ramsey, Minnesota.

Zero Zone makes refrigerated display case equipment for the supermarket, convenience store and drug store markets, as well as refrigeration and electrical distribution systems used in supermarkets and cold storage industrial applications.
