ABA Banking Journal, February, 1993

A new software program for measuring customer profitability is available from Interactive Planning Systems. It's called the Summit Customer Profitability System (CPS).

The system lets bankers factor in complete customer account histories. Users can define report formats, and the system allows complete reporting of customer information by officer, customer type, and other factors.

CPS interfaces with other Interactive Planning Systems software packages and other general ledger systems.
