Customer Retention Strategies: Five Leading Perspectives was released in May. It is the second in a series of monographs sponsored by ABA's Retail Banking Division.

Five consulting agencies--Bain & Co.; First Manhattan Consulting; Furash & Co.; Oliver, Wyman & Co.; and Shackney & Associates--were handpicked by ABA's customer retention task force to cover basic topics involved in customer retention.
