Quality staff training will be as convenient to bankers as their computer screens thanks to ABA's ground-breaking agreement with e-learning pioneer DigitalThink.
The San Francisco-based company provides web-based learning solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Now it will develop, host, and deliver more than 200 hours of ABA-designed, self-paced, tutor-supported online courses targeted to bankers needs. Courses in production between now and December include a five-hour course on retail product knowledge that covers the fundamentals of consumer lending; a business fundamentals course that touches on business etiquette; and courses on the Bank Secrecy Act and Fair Lending.
