ABA has extended its endorsement of LexisNexis to include the entire InstantID family of products.
InstantID is a tool for verifying the identity of a person or business to help financial institutions manage new account applicants and comply with the USA Patriot Act.
The financial services industry is under continued pressure with identity fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and heightened regulatory scrutiny, as several financial institutions have received heavy fines for not complying with banking laws.
John Wolff, executive director of ABA's Corporation for American Banking affiliate, notes that The InstantID family of identity verification products includes InstantID, InstantID CIP and InstantID Q&A.
