Lakewood Ranch features three master-planned business locations: Corporate Park on 1,273 acres south of University Parkway, Town Center on 500 acres just north of University Parkway and Commerce Park, on 900 acres south of SR 64. Upon completion they will total more than 14 million square feet of combined office, retail, medical and flex-tech space.
