Last month I introduced you to a new collaborative project between the Home Builders Association of Sarasota County and Vision Homes of Southwest Florida--the first-ever HBA Tech House. This home, which will be open to the public in July in a new 72-site subdivision called Trillium, will feature the latest energy efficient technologies. It will be constructed in compliance with the Florida Green Building Coalition standards that will result in significant long-term energy savings for the homeowner.
