EXPANDED AIR CHARTER SERVICE. C&T Charters, which has been operating a twice weekly 200-passenger Airbus 310 between Havana and Miami, says it is adding a weekly service with a 400-passenger Boeing 747-100 leased from Aerolineas Argentinas. C&T's John Cabanas says he expects 100,000 passengers to fly from Miami to Havana this year, as a result of the new relaxed regulations.

Another charter company, Airline Brokers, began service January 6 with a Boeing 747-100 leased from United Airlines.
