GAMING CO. SHARES SUSPENDED. World Gaming Plc, an Antigua-based Internet gambling company that disclosed a possible loan default, said its shares have been suspended at the request of board members, reports Bloomberg News (Oct. 10, 2006). World Gaming shares lost almost 90% of their value after the US Senate approved laws to shut down Internet gambling in the country.
