iBasis, Inc. (based in Burlington, Mass.), on Oct. 3 announced that Cable & Wireless Panama, a provider of fixed-line, mobile and Internet services here, has interconnected with The iBasis Network for international voice services, enabling C&W Panama, the Panamanian unit of British parent company Cable & Wireless, to route voice traffic to anywhere in the world, said Ofer Gneezy, president/CEO of iBasis.
