The Royal Bahamas Defense Force tripled the size of its Air Wing after the commissioning two new aircraft, reports BIS (May 20, 2009). The Vulcan Air P68C Observer and Cessna 208B Grand Caravan were purchased by the government for US$2,888,975. They bring to three the number of aircraft operated by the Defense Force.
