Belize has secured a Technical Assistance (TA) grant from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) for the cost of consultancy services for the capacity building and institutional strengthening of key operational areas of the Development Finance Corp. (DFC). They will be needed to undertake an assessment of the DFC and develop a strategic plan.

Deadline to prequalify: July 1, 2009. Specific outputs be: A five-year Strategic Plan; Operating manuals for the operations of DFC which document and describe the new code of ethics, operating policies including risk management policies, systems and procedures; and Recommendations for the improvement of the MIS for greater efficiency of DFC.
