Chicago Meat Authority has added a new flavor profile to its value-priced Chef's Cut Line: Pacific Rim Beef Breast Filet, pre-seasoned with the savory taste of teriyaki. With support from the NCBA, Chicago Meat Authority aims to offer busy chefs and on-the-go consumers original, simple and low-cost ways to use beef in their menus.

These beef filets are made from premium USDA Choice grain-fed beef and come pre-marinated in four- or six-ounce IQF portions in five-pound resealable bags.
