THE NEW YORK TIMES LAST MONTH PUBLISHED AN article chronicling the sometimes effortless switch some food processors are making by simply relabeling last year's low-carb products as low-sugar and no-sugar-added products.

As the low-carb craze began to fade, Stonyfield Farm decided to change its Moove Over Carbs yogurt. "What they came up with was simple and painless: In January, they pulled Moore Over Carbs from the shelves, and this month, Moove Over Sugar takes its place," the Times reported. "Except for the name, the product remains exactly the same ... Both yogurts contain a sugar substitute and have at least 40 percent fewer calories than Stonyfield Farm's regular flavored varieties."
