New center to study pavement care.(Engineering Notes)

Pavement preservation entered a new era when the ribbon was cut Oct. 17 dedicating the new National Center for Pavement Preservation (NCPP) at Michigan State University (MSU).

The center--located in the MSU Engineering Research Facility--was founded earlier this year by MSU, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Foundation for Pavement Preservation to lead and coordinate collaborative efforts among government, industry, and academia in the advancement of pavement preservation.
