The European Commission will specify, on 30 April, the procedures applicable within its own administration for the implementation of the regulation which, since 2006, has obliged Community institutions and bodies to apply the provisions of the Aarhus Convention on access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters.
