COHESION POLICY : "QUALITY OF PROGRAMMES HAS MADE A QUANTUM LEAP".

Regional Policy Commissioner Danuta Hubner expects a "radical shift" in investments financed by the European Structural Funds in 2007-2013a- now fully centred on the Lisbon Strategya- compared with previous programme periods. She explained this, on 14 May, on the occasion of the European Commission's adoption of a communication on the results of negotiations on programmes co-financed by the EU's Cohesion Policy.
