EIB LOAN IN INDIA.

The European Investment Bank (EIB) granted, on 2 December, a loan of 150 million to the Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) to co-finance investments that will contribute to the mitigation of climate change or support the European Union's presence in India. EXIM Bank will make the proceeds of the loan available to final beneficiaries carrying out investments in the sectors of renewable energies and energy efficiency sectors or in technology transfers and European know-how.
