IAEA TEAM EXAMINES BULGARIA'S KOZLODUY POWER STATION

A team of nuclear energy experts from the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has examined the state of four 440-megawatt units of obsolete design at the Bulgarian nuclear power plant of Kozloduy, the Bulgarian financial daily, "Pari" ("Money"), announced on October 1. The inspection took place from September 20 to 30. The team has to prepare a report that will be presented within a month to the IAEA and the Bulgarian Government.
