Stephen R. Covey, the author of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," will be a featured General Session speaker at this year's Congress of Cities and Exposition to be held December 3-7, 2002, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Covey is an internationally respected leadership authority, family expert, teacher and organization consultant. Other books include "Living the 7 Habits: Stories of Courage and Inspiration" and "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families." He co-authored "The Nature of Leadership and First Things First."
