Woodruff to moderate panel at Congress of Cities on emergency preparedness.

Award-winning journalist Judy Woodruff will lead a talk show-style dialogue during the 2005 Congress of Cities in Charlotte, N.C., on lessons learned about intergovernmental relations and emergency preparedness during the recent hurricanes in the Gulf Coast.
The session will be held on Friday morning, December 9, and will feature panelists representing all three levels of government. Woodruff, a veteran of broadcast journalism who joined CNN in 1993, anchored Judy Woodruffs Inside Politics, the nation's first program devoted exclusively to politics. Having reported during every presidential election cycle since 1976 is one of her many accomplishments.
