NLC's CityFutures Panels released four new reports at the Congress of Cities in Reno, Nev. The reports cover a variety of topics, providing a guide to regional collaboration, examples of promising practices cities are using to address inequities in their communities, a guide to engaging citizens in governing and an assessment of the problems confronting the U.S. tax system.
The CityFutures Panel on Community and Regional Development, working with the Alliance for Regional Stewardship, released a Guide to Successful Local Government Collaboration in America's Regions.
