Leadership Training Council offers scholarship to seminar.

Leadership Training Council Chair Doug Echols, mayor of Rock Hill, S.C, has announced that local elected and appointed officials can apply for a scholarship that will cover the registration fees for the upcoming seminar program, "Finding Solutions to Issues Facing Local Community Leaders: A University Experience."
The scholarship, sponsored by the Leadership Training Council, will cover the $395 registration fee for the seminar, which is co-sponsored by Syracuse University and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Elected and appointed officials from NLC member cities who have not attended a Leadership Training Institute seminar are encouraged to apply for the scholarship.
