Nearly 100 local leaders representing 24 states made the journey to Austin, Texas, to participate in the two day Leadership Training Institute seminar, "Leading Innovation and Change in Local Government." Co-sponsored by the Texas Municipal League, participants met at the Hilton Austin to hear from scholars representing the University of Texas at Austin, as well as experts in the field of local government.
