MOTO UK SALE GETS EU GREEN LIGHT.

The European Commission granted regulatory clearance on 7 June to the acquisition of joint control of Moto Hospitality Limited and Pavilion Services Group Limited (together Moto UK) of the UK by Macquarie Bank of the UK and Australian firms Westscheme Proprietary, Statewide Superannuation Proprietary, Motor Trades Association of Australia Superannuation Fund Proprietary Limited and Australian Retirement Fund Proprietary.
The Moto UK companies are active in motorway service areas and trunk road service areas in Great Britain under the brand name Moto and are currently part of Select Service Partner, the concession catering business of Compass Group Plc.
