AIRCRAFT TAKE-OVER CLEARED.

The European Commission gave approval on 23 February to a take-over by investment companies Goldman Sachs of the US and Canada's Onex Corporation of Raytheon Aircraft Company (RAC) of the US.aRAC produces and sells aircraft, distributes spare parts and provides business aviation services at airports. The clearance was made under the simplified procedure. (RMI)
