TUI-ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISES MERGER CLEARED.

The European Commission granted clearance, on 10 March, to the acquisition of joint control of TUI Cruises GmbH by TUI AG, both of Germany and active in shipping and tourism, and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd of the US, which operates cruises. TUI Cruises operate cruises for German-speaking customers.
