California Legislature considers requiring labels for cloned products

The Associated Press is reporting that a bill pending in the California Legislature would require products made from cloned livestock (steaks, chops, milk, etc.) to be labeled as such on grocers' shelves.

If passed, the requirement would likely be more stringent than federal regulations.
