Government regulation of business matters is unwelcome regardless of the dominant political party promulgating them. This means that the perception that a Democratic administration would be less favorable to business than a Republican one is misleading. For example, Bill Clinton, a Republican, was inclined toward regulation during the early part of his term, while the Nixon administration created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Too often, severe storm warnings are ignored until the storm is on top of an area, and then it's too late. The stores are out of necessary supplies, and we only wish we had prepared a bit sooner.
