Sears, Roebuck and Co. has launched an Internet site to sell Craftsman tools directly to professionals and do-it-yourselfers. Located at www.sears.com/craftsman, the site offers more than 3,000 Craftsman power and hand tools.
To order products, customers may use their Sears charge card as well as VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption.
