TruServ Chmn Dan Cotter will retire on his 65th birthday on Dec 1999. His career in the hardware industry makes up over 50 years, which started with his involvement in Cotter and Co through the strong influence of his father John Cotter. He is very proud to have served the community through four decades of association with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago. He considers his instrumental role in forming the Automotive Parts and Accessories Assn in 1967 as one of his greatest accomplishments.
