* HOMExperts home maintenance service from INTEGREX, a new integrated home inspection, maintenance and repair resource, was announced in May by Mike Radcliff, president of INTEGREX, a wholly owned services subsidiary of Owens Corning.
The company's research concluded that homeowners don't generally conduct preventive inspections or maintenance. It also found that homeowners are frustrated when it comes to finding a reliable source for repair work and getting that contractor to actually do the work.
The HOMExperts service offers homeowners an innovative preventive maintenance inspection service for $159 or $299 for the premium package. The basic inspection includes more than 150 areas of the home, including:
