Tags Hardware has been serving the residents of Cambridge, Mass., for 50 years and while the store does stock a ton of hardware, its first impression on new shoppers is that it carries a lot more.
Peter Albrecht recently joined Tags as a general manager and draws on more than 30 years experience working in high-end department stores. "I wanted to get my hands dirty again," he says of his decision to re-enter the retail world. "This store presents an exciting opportunity for me. The amazing mix of products and high level of customer service far exceed what customers are used to getting at other outlets," says Albrecht.
