When people get excited, we say they are "bouncing off the walls." Brittny Airsman is always bouncing off the walls - and off mats and trampolines, too.

In a few weeks, the four-year-old gymnast will compete in the 1994 Amateur Athletic Union Junior Olympic Games. Brittny competed in last year's games, too. She won third place in trampoline and received a bronze medal.

Brittny has never gotten hurt while doing gymnastics. But right before the 1993 games, she fell at home and hit her head.

Brittny had to get forty stitches. "I didn't think she would make it to the Olympics," said her coach.

But Brittny bounced back from the injury. She competed AND won a medal!
