OLYMPIC TREATS.(recipes for snack which will give energy)

This snack will give you energy!
What you need:
Mixing bowl Large spoon 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter 1/3 cup raisins 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk 1/4 cup crispy rice cereal 1/3 cup crushed pretzel sticks Wax paper Plate
What you do:
1. Mix the honey and the peanut butter.
2. Add the raisins and the milk.
3. Stir in the cereal.
4. Roll a tablespoon of the mixture in your hands.
5. Pour the crushed pretzels onto wax paper.
6. Roll the ball in the pretzel mix.
7. Repeat steps 4, 5, and 6 until all the mixture has been rolled.
8. Serve your treats now or cover and store them in the refrigerator.
