Ball State College recruiting effort funded.(NAAEI NEWS)

With the support of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), Ball State University (BSU) embarked on a pilot project to create education materials and activities for high school students in the Muncie, Ind., region to increase students' awareness and knowledge of the apartment industry. The end goal for this program is to generate a larger student base for the Ball State Residential Property Management (RPM) program and improve the pool of college-educated employees for the apartment industry. Potentially, this program can be a model for other universities for recruitment into their RPM programs.
