BSU launches online RPM program with $16K NAAEI grant.(NAAEI NEWS)

Yet another innovative avenue for educating and expanding the apartment industry workforce has emerged, thanks to a recent NAA Education Institute (NAAEI) grant to Ball State University (BSU). Funds have helped to develop an online curriculum that will provide a minor in Residential Property Management (RPM) for those pursuing a Bachelor of General Studies degree at the university.
Inquiries from BSU's School of Extended Education about an RPM minor program led Residential Property Management program faculty member Sue Whitaker, Ph.D., and Program Director Carla Earhart, Ph.D., to apply for and receive a $16,000 NAAEI grant. The funds allowed BSU to hire a graduate assistant and provided for stipends for online course development.
