The Civil Aviation Administration of China has commissioned Raytheon's turnkey air traffic management system (ATMS) for the Shenyang region in northeast China. The ATMS includes a solid state S-Band primary surveillance radar (ASR-10SS), a monopulse secondary surveillance radar (Condor MK2) and an AutoTrac II air traffic management system.
