CASA & EASA co-operate on A380.(news)

In February, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) formally agreed to enhance co-operation on their safety overview of the Airbus 380. The deal was signed by CAAS' Director General and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Lim Kim Choon and EASA's Executive Director, Mr Patrick Goudou.
CAAS and EASA will now exchange information and analyses on airworthiness and flight operations matters pertaining to the aircraft. Both sides will also collaborate to address issues arising from A380 operations. This will enable close monitoring of the A380 fleet in service.
