Wolfgang Reitzle has placed dealer issues at the top of his agenda at the Ford Premier Automotive Group.

Reitzle is determined to improve resale values and customer loyalty for the four brands he manages, and he believes a world-class dealer network can help achieve that.

``I'm personally very much dedicated to improving resale values and customer loyalty,'' he said in an interview at the Frankfurt auto show. ``Those are the two most important things to me because almost everything is reflected in those figures.''

Reitzle is examining ways the four Premier brands - Aston Martin, Jaguar, Lincoln and Volvo - can complement each other. He would like to combine them in some way at the dealer level, possibly in dealer parks owned by the same...
