The nation's largest Hispanic-owned dealership group also is the largest Hispanic-owned company in the United States, according to Hispanic Business magazine.

Burt Automotive Network, of Centennial, Colo., had revenues of $1.48 billion in 2002, making it No. 1 on the Hispanic Business 500 listing for the second straight year.

Hispanic Business ranks the businesses according to the previous year's revenues. Listed among the 500 companies are 31 auto dealership groups.

Burt Automotive is No. 37 on the Automotive News list of Top 100 dealership groups, which ranks dealership groups on new retail sales. Burt sold 14,510 new units in 2002.
