Dealerships that work with Credit Acceptance Corp. soon will have access to a new Web-based system that will help them find specific used vehicles more quickly.
ADESA Inc., the nation's No. 2 wholesale auto auction company, is building the Web site for Credit Acceptance Corp., a subprime lender in Southfield, Mich. It was scheduled to go on line in late January. Only dealerships that are clients of Credit Acceptance Corp. can use the site.
Greg Lubrani, national vehicles sourcing manager at Credit Acceptance Corp., says the company guarantees dealerships it will finance vehicles for all customers who qualify. But those vehicles must meet certain guidelines for value, he says.
