BMW MANUFACTURING CO. - Barbara Bergmeier to vice president for assembly, from manager of technology assembly at BMW's r&d center in Munich, Germany. She succeeds Dieter Lauterwasser, who has become vice president for new models at BMW.
FORD MOTOR CO. - John Parker, 58, to group vice president, Asia Pacific and Africa, a new position. Parker is senior executive vice president, Mazda Motor Corp.
Succeeding Parker is Bob Graziano, 47, CEO of Ford Motor Co. of Southern Africa. He also becomes a Ford Motor vice president.
Jim Gouin, 46, to vice president of finance, strategy and business development for international operations, from vice president and controller.
