Mitsubishi dealers want ad money
Mitsubishi dealers continued to clamor for more advertising dollars at their make meeting.
Dealers have a redesigned Outlander SUV in showrooms and a redesigned Lancer due soon. They say they were satisfied with the launch of the Outlander but complain that Mitsubishi does not spend enough to properly support the rest of the line.
"The number-one issue was marketing,'' says Ted Terp, chairman of the Mitsubishi National Dealer Advisory Board. "We want to build off the success of the Outlander, which was a great launch.
"We need to expand the marketing efforts across other products.''
