BEHR AMERICA INC. - Dean Arneson, 49, to vice president of operations, responsible for all manufacturing locations, corporate logistics and corporate facilities management. He continues as manager of the Dayton, Ohio, thermal products plant.
Behr America, of suburban Detroit, supplies engine-cooling and air-conditioning products. It is a unit of Behr GmbH & Co. KG, of Germany.
DuPONT ENGINEERING POLYMERS - Bjorn Hedlund, 54, to global marketing director, in addition to his position as regional director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He succeeds Timothy McCann, the new vice president and general manager of DuPont Electronic Technologies, and will continue to be based in the company's European headquarters in Geneva.
