As General Motors and Reynolds and Reynolds Co. battle in court, other vendors of information technology see a chance to grab business from Reynolds.

GM has certified Reynolds, Quorum Information Technologies Inc., AutoSoft International Inc. and ADP Dealer Services to sell dealers an IT package called the Integrated Dealer Management System. But there's nothing like a court battle to pour cold water on a business relationship.
