General Motors says it will be lean and mean with just Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC. And it also will be significantly smaller. Last year the four spurned brands Pontiac, Saturn, Hummer and Saab accounted for 17.1 percent of GM's U.S. sales.
