Antenna TV Mines Net Gold.(Brief Article)

Greek television network Antenna TV has signed a memorandum of understanding with Internet Gold International, a subsidiary of Internet Gold, to collaborate on various Internet-related ventures.

Internet Gold, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Israel, has agreed to persuade shareholders of the 5-year-old Greek ISP CompuLink Networks to transfer a 20 percent stake in the company to Antenna TV for a proposed price of $1 million.

Antenna TV and Internet Gold also plan to form three companies: a joint venture to be owned 70 percent by Antenna and 30 percent by Internet Gold in which Antenna will provide content for CompuLink and Cyprus' ISP; a 50/50 venture that will supply non-Antenna content for the aforementioned providers; and a 50/50 venture that...
