Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp. of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Image Data Corp. of Pasadena, Calif., have penned a strategic joint marketing and development agreement to port Image Data's imaging technology to Evans & Sutherland's ESV Series of graphics workstations. The agreement provides for cross-distribution of E&S hardware and IDC software products; bundling of core 2D imaging software, a subset of IDC's PARA/ SERIES application software, on all ESV workstations; porting of the full PARA/SERIES product line to ESV workstations; and future joint development of a subroutine library integrating E&S graphics and IDC imaging technologies.
